Contracts Manager

Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or Civil Engineering.
Should have strong knowledge and skills in Project Management, Quantity Survey, and Risk Management.
Knowledge in FIDIC suite of contracts.
Sound knowledge in construction.
Knowledge and preparation of contracts based on FIDIC suite of contracts.
Min. 12 years’ experience (with at least 4 years in a managerial level) with consultant, developer, or a mixture of Consultant & Contractor (UAE experience is an advantage).
Should have been involved in Residential, Infrastructure, and building projects.
Contract and commercial management.
