Major Property Developer in Dubai is looking for a Contracts Cum Commercial Manager. The candidate should have good experience in contract terms and conditions, value engineering, project budgets, construction programs, cost control, project designs and construction, including disputes, variations, EOT, and claims. A graduate in Civil Engineering with 5 – 10 years of UAE experience in the real estate sector is mandatory!
