Contracts Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts / Commercial Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
• Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in the UAE business environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred.
• Understanding of international contract law.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
