We're looking for a highly skilled and organized Contracts Assistant Manager to assist in the management of our clients' contracts portfolio. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our Contracts Manager and play a key role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate contract risks
Develop and maintain contract management processes and procedures
Analyze contract performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
3+ years of experience in contract management or a related field
Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
