Contracts and Systems Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing supply chain under the contract by coordinating planning and execution with Suppliers
2. Timely supply of buyers' production orders to the Producers/Shippers/Suppliers
3. Scheduling deliveries in cooperation with the Shippers/the Suppliers
4. Releasing the material from the warehouse
5. Checking contract options on metal grades, quantities, destinations, etc.
6. Filing in the Company's database with all the data required by business process
7. Calculation of the metal price and invoicing of the buyers
8. Control of incoming/outgoing payments
9. Control of buyer's exposure
10. Arranging documentation flow as required by the contract (releases, warehouse receipts, Bs/L, insurance certificates, others)
11. Maintain good relationships with customers and initiate activities to improve customer satisfaction
12. Checking calculations of the metal price in the invoices issued by Suppliers
13. Controlling documentation flow as required by Purchase contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED18,000.00 per month
