The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a large build project in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must be based locally in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing the company's financial and operational performance.

Requirements

• Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts.
• Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
• Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procurement.
