Contracting Manager

Job Purpose:

The Contracting Manager is responsible for managing the negotiation, establishment, and maintenance of contracts with hotels in the UAE. This role requires building strong relationships with key hotel partners, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory for customers, and contributing to business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the UAE hotel market, as well as strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Essential roles and responsibilities:

• Contract Negotiations: Lead the negotiation of agreements and contracts with hotels to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners, including sales teams and GMs.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the UAE hotel market trends to identify new opportunities for partnerships and ensure the company's competitiveness.
• Pricing Strategy: Ensure that the contracted hotels are aligned with pricing strategies, ensuring profitability and competitiveness in the market.
• Inventory Management: Oversee room allocations, inventory levels, and availability to maximize revenue for both the company and hotel partners.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on contracting activities, trends, and performance, including revenue and market share analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that contracted hotels meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and industry regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel within UAE.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE hotel market, including trends, pricing, and key players.
