We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading bank in Abu Dhabi focusing on Corporate Banking roles with an emphasis on international hiring. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent from global markets to support the bank's corporate banking growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate Banking roles with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates from international markets.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding processes.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
• Stay updated on global talent trends particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to meet diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on Corporate Banking and international hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring senior banking professionals from global markets.
• Strong understanding of the corporate banking sector and international talent landscapes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
