Oversee the contractual aspects of our Tower O&M managed service project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful project execution. Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager to drive project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate, review, and manage contracts related to Tower O&M services, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with contracts, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance.
Change Order Management: Manage change orders, ensuring that any modifications to the contract are properly documented and approved.
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve contract disputes efficiently and effectively.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to contract terms, industry regulations, and company policies.
Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships, performance, and compliance with contractual obligations.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to contracts and service delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and project success.
Requirements:
Relevant education: BS/BA in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in contract management within the telecommunications or managed services industry.
Contractual expertise: Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation techniques, and risk management.
Legal and regulatory understanding: Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify potential risks.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve contract disputes and address challenges proactively.
