Contract Manager

Our client, a leading Waste Management & Facilities Management service provider in the MENA region, is looking for a Contract Manager to lead their contract administration and negotiation efforts in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage contract administration processes
2. Negotiate and finalize client Master Agreements
3. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies
4. Work closely with tendering and operations teams
5. Manage contract risks and optimize contractual performance

Ideal Candidate:

1. 7+ years of contract management experience (preferably in Waste Management/FM/Construction)
2. Strong legal and compliance knowledge
3. Fluent in Arabic & English
4. Expertise in contract negotiation & risk management
5. Experience with contract management software
