Contract Manager

Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Contracts Manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to work on ADNOC Onshore project, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience in a contracts administration role in the oil and gas industry.
• Good understanding & extensive experience of procurement and contract administration processes and principles.
• Strong grasp of procedural requirements & necessity of providing an Audit Trail for Management purposes.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 20 years experience should cover engineering and construction projects in oil and gas industries, EPC, EPCm, standard contract model forms (including NEC, FIDIC, JCT, LOGIC or regional equivalents) preferably in both onshore and offshore environments.
• Sound knowledge of Contractual Terms & Conditions and Commercial Contract Law.
