Contract Data Loader & Operations Support Executive

Are you an experienced contract data loader with a background in the travel industry? Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Contract Data Loader & Operations Support Executive to join our team.

Requirements:

• Load ground products, including hotels, tours, transfers, and other items into the company data system
• Maintain contracts throughout the year, including special offers, rate changes, stop sales, and inventory adjustments
• Review and verify loading input from other team members, reducing errors and making corrections when necessary
• Cross-check errata and hotel descriptions, ensuring accurate distribution of data across all systems and platforms
• Provide support and assistance in resolving invoice discrepancies related to loaded offers

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in contract loading within the travel industry is essential
