Position Overview

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is seeking a Contract Client Program Manager (CPM) to join our dynamic operations team. In this key role, you will oversee client onboarding, training delivery, and renewal processes to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth. Your primary role is to serve as the face of Wall Street Prep on-site in Abu Dhabi throughout each day of a long-term client engagement. This role will include coordinating operations and logistics, cultivating relationships across client verticals, troubleshooting issues as they arise, communicating actively with our internal client team, and contributing to account retention and expansion.

This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. You will collaborate with senior leaders at WSP and engage with decision-makers from leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Program Management:

Onsite Program Management Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for an Abu Dhabi-based client for the entire duration of a long-term training engagement.
  • Be onsite to troubleshoot any program logistics issues as they arise.
  • Lead the execution of client engagement logistics from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
  • Navigate any feedback on the program, instructors, or content with the client in real time, and loop in the appropriate WSP internal team.
  • Send multiple different training reports to clients covering for online pre-learning, daily training reports, and post seminar feedback.

General Program Management Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual seminars, including user account setup, travel arrangements, and logistics documents and participation trackers.
  • Schedule and facilitate planning and review meetings, including preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Use project management tools to track and ensure task completion and team visibility.
  • Troubleshoot client issues in collaboration with the Tech Support team, resolving them promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning to schedule training assignments.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation on processes and procedures.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client services, operations, account management, event management, or related fields.
  • Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management, or private wealth management) is a strong advantage.
