Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor the Performance contractual KPIs, close contract audit findings, and follow up till closure actions plans for warning letters and client escalations.
  • Support and follow up with operations on demobilization and mobilization progress, as well as action plans for KPIs deductions elimination.
  • Provide inputs to the development of the overall COE strategy in line with the vision, mission, and business objectives of the company.
  • Knowledge of output/outcome specification delivery and contract adherence.
  • Contractual knowledge of services sold and implementation of operating standards.
  • Identify risks within our contract and propose a mitigation plan.
  • Knowledge of risk and compliance processes, protocols, escalations, and resolution methods.
  • Lead with the operation team the closure of actions from contract & mobilization audits ensuring full compliance between RFP requirements and deployment.
  • Assist in the preparation of the contract audit reports.
  • Train on COE's processes and procedures.
  • Ability to engage with service line experts to deliver high standards of service.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance reviews.
  • Ensure the implementation of division policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of activity to fulfill all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering a quality and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure that all contractual performance reports are prepared timely and accurately following Company requirements, policies, standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Ability to understand data, spot trends, and prepare reports; highly analytical.
  • Provide fortnightly reports for the mobilization/demobilization projects progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services, and a responsible environmental attitude.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years experience in operations management; exposure to Contract Management and Facilities Management, especially in operations planning, HSEEQ, supplier relations management, client relations management, maintenance, and subcontract management. Consultant background recommended.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations as well as global best practices; decisiveness and judgment, innovative and conceptual skills, numerical and problem-solving skills, communication and influencing skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills, planning and organizing skills, leadership, and teamwork skills, mentoring and coaching skills, project management skills, computer proficiency, risk management skills, and multiple stakeholder management skills.
