Job description

We are looking for a Contract Administration Officer to support our construction projects by managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements, and coordinating with project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing & Finalizing Subcontract Agreements & Addendum for all the running Projects, complete all as per approval from the Project / Procurement / COO.
  • Receiving Payment Certificates from the projects and obtaining approval from COO and Circulating to the project team (including filing in centralized sharing folder).
  • Requesting the Bank Guarantees (Performance Bond & Advance Payment Guarantee) as per the Employer requirement and submitting the original Bank Guarantees to the Employer representative as per the Employer requirement.
  • Requesting/Reviewing/Submitting for Contractors All Risk + Third Party Liability Insurance / CPM / Workmen / Motor / Air-side Insurance Policies for the project as per the Engineer / Employer requirement.
  • Maintaining records of Security Cheques, Bank Guarantees & Bonds from the Subcontractor and releasing to the subcontractor by the approval of Project / HOD / COO.
  • Preparing requisitions for the Department., including MRV in Build smart.
  • Uploading the Timesheets for the PMO Dept. in Sprinter BCG App.
  • Maintaining filings and Documentation of the Department in Dropbox.
  • All other Office Tasks assigned by the HOD

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, and construction regulations.
  • Experience in handling subcontracts, supplier agreements, and client contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and document control systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Head Office & Project site
  • May be on-call out of regular office hours or on weekends in case of emergencies or deadlines
