Job description

Execute the best practices in process improvement such as LSS, Kaizen, 6S, and other quality tools to re-engineer processes to attain program objectives.
Develop, maintain, and update the process improvement Toolkit to ensure consistency of its usage.
Identify and lead process improvement projects that drive cost savings, increase productivity, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze performance gaps in key process areas within the various functional elements under the Nawah management system to develop a process improvement plan to improve process efficiency.
Support in prioritizing and selecting projects based on the agreed matrix and ensure effective utilization of statistical tools to support problem solving in various areas, including resource utilization, labor productivity, quality measures, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.
Deliver process improvement projects (LSS/Kaizen/6S) as per the specific project skeleton schedule and agreed project charter.
Validate and verify the effectiveness of improvement solutions to the predetermined selected solution by the process owners.
Participate in gate reviews of projects and provide necessary inputs. Develop report-out presentations on the progress of improvements, including tracking of improvement metrics to the main project stakeholders and CIP Management as per the agreed frequency.
Identify the need for training and the appropriate audience for the training.
Facilitate and deliver LSS training and run quality process simulations on the use of quality methodologies and tools to create a problem-solving mindset within staff.
Design an annual post-effectiveness evaluation of the Continuous Improvement training program to assess the success of implementation.
Coach team members on the usage of process improvement tools.
Maintain instructor/SME qualifications that are aligned with training procedures.
Ensure training material and content are up to date based on post-training surveys and reviews.
