As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Develop new solutions based upon precedents in the organization.
2. Identify and deploy lean tools & Six Sigma methodologies throughout the organization.
3. Plan and deploy Lean Road map to improve the plant KPIs.
4. Identify the projects to improve the Process safety, Process cycle time, product quality and product cost.
5. Develop and conduct Lean Six Sigma training plan for plant.
6. Analyze process data and solve problems using Lean Six Sigma tools.
7. Handle special projects, as assigned.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

1. Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
2. Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience as a Black Belt.
