Enhancing efficiency in manufacturing and production processes.
Working closely with the CI Manager to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization, ensuring that processes are continually optimized to meet long-term goals.
Responsible for the implementation of the AD management system.
Leverage Six Sigma and lean skills and tools like VSM, 5S, Process Flow, Yamazumi, Problem Solving, 8D, lean manufacturing, and statistical process control to identify waste and bottlenecks in the process and take necessary actions to improve the efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or other relevant fields)
At least 6 years of experience in CI or the process improvement field
