JOB TITLE:

Continuous Improvement Consultant - Temp | MAF LifeStyle | Excellence & Compliance

ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is a temporary role with an expected duration of 6 to 12 months. We are seeking to recruit a temporary Operational Excellence Lead with extensive experience in developing and writing policies and processes for all the departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in areas such as digital, operations, marketing, warehousing, logistics, B2B etc.

ROLE PROFILE:

• To be involved in collaborating with our teams to design and document effective processes that drive operational efficiency and align with our strategic goals.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.
• Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, including supply chain, inventory management, and merchandising.
• To focus on enhancing operational efficiency by streamlining processes and developing policies to standardize best practices across the organization.
• To ensure that retail operations are optimized, consistent, and compliant with company standards, driving overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement optimized workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and assess the impact of operational changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have retail background.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in retail operations, process improvement, or policy development.
• Expertise in process mapping and improvement tools tailored to the retail environment.
• Proficiency in policy drafting and implementation.
