- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
- Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
