Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Content Writer who will create digital content that provides information; and showcase the products and the services we provide as Multibank Group. Ultimately you will deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers, and boost the brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Writing original, engaging, error-free content that reflects the company's voice.
• Creating content across multiple digital media platforms, landing pages, email marketing, website, articles, blogs.
• Working on brand awareness campaigns to grow Multibank's market visibility.
• Editing and fact-checking content generated by freelance copywriters.
• Collaborating with designers to develop campaign visuals.
• Using SEO practices to optimize content.
• Researching relevant industry topics and competitors to understand industry standards and generate new and creative messaging.
• Collaborating with product teams to understand new products and how to market them.
• Monitoring content-related metrics (e.g., web traffic, conversion rates, open rates etc.).

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or other relevant field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in copywriting, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience with SEO tools and concepts.
• Knowledge of social media best practices.
• Expert-level knowledge of grammar and punctuation rules.
• Familiarity with content management systems is an advantage.
• Experience writing articles or blog posts within tight deadlines.
• Experience in forex, fin-tech or related industries is an advantage.
• Able to deliver within tight deadlines, highly motivated and well organize.
• Creative, adaptable and has the ability to work collaboratively withina team.
• Ability to generate creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction toothers.
• Ability to create content using different tones of voice, and across different platforms - from short creatives (i.e., social media, banner ads) to long articles.
