Must-haves

2-3 years' experience in content creation, eLearning and/or training curriculum

Proficient in Esri ArcGIS, ArcMap, and/or ArcFM platform

Strong knowledge of GIS terminology

Ability to develop training content, and deliver clear and effective messaging based on organization goals

Experience generating reports and tracking content analytics

Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
