Content Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, product updates, and crypto trends.
2. Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats and channels, including blog posts, social media content, newsletters, video scripts, landing pages, and more.
3. Collaborate with the design, product, and performance marketing teams to create compelling content that supports marketing initiatives.
4. Ensure all content adheres to client’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
5. Monitor crypto trends and user insights to create relevant, timely content that resonates with the audience.
6. Own and manage the localization process for Arabic and other regional content as needed.
7. Track and report on content performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.) and optimize content strategies based on performance.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
9. Experience with content creation and localization in multiple languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus.
10. Previous work with influencers, creators, or community-led content is desirable.

Qualification & Requirements:

1. 1–3 years of content marketing or editorial experience, ideally in fintech, crypto, or tech sectors.
2. Strong understanding of crypto concepts and current market dynamics (DeFi, L1s/L2s, stablecoins, etc.).
3. A portfolio of content that demonstrates your writing, editing, and content creation skills.
4. Experience creating content across various channels (X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, emails).
5. Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
6. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
9. Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
10. Experience in regulated financial or crypto environments is an advantage.
11. Knowledge of Web3, NFTs, and trading tools is a plus.
