We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to drive engagement, growth, and localization for Traze MENA's digital presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and optimizing website and landing page materials for both English and Arabic-speaking audiences. This is an opportunity to shape the company’s online voice, build brand awareness, and drive audience engagement through strategic content marketing.
Performance Profile
Your success in this role will be defined by achieving these outcomes in the first 6-12 months:
Social Media Growth & Engagement
Successfully launch and manage Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts
Develop and execute a content calendar that drives engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth
Track and analyze key performance metrics, optimizing content for better reach and interaction
Website & Landing Page Optimization
Ensure website content aligns with the brand, is up to date, and optimized for SEO and user engagement
Develop landing pages that enhance conversion rates and localize content for both English and Arabic audiences
High-Impact Content Creation & Localization
Create and localize high-quality text, visuals, and videos tailored to GCC & MENA markets
Work closely with the Creative Manager to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing goals
Influencer & Partnership Campaign Execution
Establish and manage organic and paid collaborations with influencers and industry partners
Support Introducing Brokers (IBs) and partners with customized marketing content to enhance engagement and lead generation
Brand Storytelling & Cross-Team Collaboration
Align content strategies with marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives
Support internal teams in brand storytelling, event promotions, and social media amplification
Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (Forex/Financial industry preferred)
Proven experience managing social media platforms and content strategies for a fast-growing brand
Skills & Competencies:
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content in both English and Arabic
Ability to analyze social media performance and optimize content accordingly
Proficiency in content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms for website updates
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with SEO best practices, influencer marketing, and social media advertising
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Forex, financial markets, or trading industry
Prior work in localizing content for Arabic-speaking markets
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools to enhance content quality
