Content Producer & Event Videographer (Agile Content Creator)

We are seeking a dynamic and agile Content Producer & Event Videographer to join our team. This hybrid role requires a creative and proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced environments like event exhibitions, retail spaces, and live brand activations. The ideal candidate will have an eye for capturing the essence of a moment, strong coordination skills with influencers, and the ability to quickly edit and produce high-impact content for digital channels.

The location of this job is Taif Al Emarat Perfumes Head Office, 1 - near Ajman Car Souq - Industrial Area - Al Jurf 1 – Ajman.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Video Capture: Attend exhibitions, retail events, and live activations to identify and capture key moments for immediate and future content use. Adapt to dynamic situations and spot opportunities to create compelling visuals spontaneously.
• Content Production & Editing: Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content (e.g., social media reels, event highlight reels, behind-the-scenes videos) on tight turnarounds. Perform on-the-go editing, ensuring content is optimized for different platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Influencer Coordination: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and content collaborators. Identify relevant influencers at events or retail spaces and coordinate real-time collaborations for spontaneous content capture.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging. Provide creative input to enhance visual storytelling and elevate content impact.
• Agility & Adaptability: Work in fast-moving environments with minimal supervision and adapt to changes as they happen on-site. Recognize unscripted moments and turn them into engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Content Delivery: Ensure all content is delivered on time, meeting quality and brand standards. Manage digital asset libraries for easy access to past footage for future use.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in video production, social media content creation, or event videography. Experience capturing live events, exhibitions, or on-the-go content preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in camera operations, lighting, and sound recording. Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). Familiarity with social media platforms and their video format requirements.
• Creative Eye: Strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to identify impactful content in real time. Quick decision-making on angles, lighting, and composition during live shoots.
• Network Building: Willingness to grow a network of influencers and collaborators in the content creation ecosystem. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencer coordination and brand alignment.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and unexpected situations at events. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
