About the Role

As a Content Producer, you will oversee content development and guest experiences for major events. You will ensure all event elements—from curation to execution—align with brand identity and audience expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead Event Content Strategy: Develop programming, curation, and guest experience plans.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Secure high-quality entertainment, speakers, and attractions.
• Ensure Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in messaging and event experience.
• Manage Event Logistics: Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate On-Site Execution: Ensure smooth delivery of content and experiences.
• Integrate Sponsorship & Marketing: Maximize ROI while maintaining event integrity.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously enhance audience engagement strategies.
• Evaluate & Optimize: Conduct post-event analysis and reporting for continuous improvement.

What You Need to Apply

• 5+ years of experience in content production or event programming.
• Proven experience in large-scale festivals, sports, or public events.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Middle East market experience preferred.
• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus).
