Accurately author/publish content in CMS systems on behalf of clients
Use HTML and CSS to resolve publishing issues as needed
Support content governance by providing monthly and quarterly reviews of content for brand and digital rights compliance
Find and resolve large volume of content bugs using an intake ticketing system like JIRA or Asana
Recognize problems with underlying information organization and recommend solutions
Audit content types found on websites, shared drives, social channels or anywhere else clients may be storing valuable assets
Report on audit findings and content problems using Excel or similar spreadsheet tools
Participate in content mapping, content clean-up and process and workflow mapping activities during large content migrations
Required Skills
Detail oriented and excellent English proofreader, able to spot issues in tone and voice that writers and editors may have missed
Basic technical knowledge of HTML & CSS
Expertise in Magento catalogue management, Oracle BCC and Adobe Experience Manager
Experience authoring in enterprise content management systems such as AEM, Sitecore, Highspot, Siesmic, etc.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work both independently and contribute as part of a production team
Familiarity with headless/structured content concepts and how CMS, DAM, PIM and API systems work together to deliver content to consumers
Strong technical acumen and natural curiosity for what's next in content management practices
(Desired) Ability to communicate audit findings and recommendations via PowerPoint or similar slideware tool; ability to map and model content using digital whiteboard tools like Visio, Miro or Lucidchart
