Content Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic Content Manager based in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

1. Coordinate news, photos, and stories for timely and impactful social media posts.
2. Write compelling and engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
3. Design visually appealing media assets to complement written content.
4. Develop and implement effective marketing plans to support business goals.
5. Lead email marketing initiatives, including campaign design, execution, and performance analysis.
6. Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand's tone and objectives.
7. Liaise with team members to gather stories, case studies, news, and information to share.
8. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content reflects the latest developments and achievements.

Social Media Management:

1. Manage social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts.
2. Analyze social media performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
3. Stay up-to-date with trends to keep the brand's online presence fresh and engaging.

Design & Creative Execution:

1. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar to design media assets.
2. Maintain consistency in branding across all visual and written content.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in content management, marketing, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Portfolio: Evidence of social media pages managed, or examples of written copy and designed media assets.

Skills:

1. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
2. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and design tools.
3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments.
5. Bilingual capabilities will be a major advantage.
