The Content Manager of Performance & Channel Marketing is responsible for managing, developing and implementing of robust content strategies that align with DET’s marketing goals and enhance brand visibility across various digital platforms. This role involves managing the production of culturally and linguistically accurate content, optimizing it for user engagement, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels.
The Content Manager will also analyze content performance to drive strategic improvements, manage budgets and partnerships, and integrate advanced technologies to maximize content effectiveness and compliance. The ultimate goal is to effectively promote Dubai’s diverse festivals and events, increasing public engagement and positioning Dubai as a top global tourism destination.
Develop and implement content strategies in collaboration with Campaign Leads and Operations teams, tailored to a diverse range of events and festivals, ensuring alignment with the calendar of events and specific festival objectives.
Manage the end-to-end production and publishing of high-quality digital content for websites, apps, email communications, and content partners, ensuring all content is on-brand and aligns with DET’s branding and communication guidelines.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and Digital Product Managers to optimize content structure and layouts for enhanced readability and user engagement, including A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate with various internal teams including campaign, social, consumer marketing, festivals marketing, digital product, analytics, CRM, and photography leads to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive visual content across all channels.
Manage content production in both English and Arabic, maintaining linguistic and cultural accuracy, and oversee translations into other languages as required.
Monitor and analyze content performance, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements, and produce regular performance reports in collaboration with the Platforms and CRM teams.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas and explore new formats, continuously improving content relevancy and engagement.
Ensure adherence to standards for content creation, distribution, and measurement across owned and partner channels, actively managing content partnerships to maximize reach and impact.
Manage annual content budgets, oversee procurement processes, liaise with external agencies, and evaluate third-party proposals to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and quality standards.
Manage the development of new digital content projects, focusing on engaging and educating the public about Dubai’s festivals and events.
Organize quarterly content strategy reviews to assess the effectiveness of the current content approach and make adjustments based on evolving market conditions and organizational goals.
Develop a standardized content performance dashboard for real-time tracking of key performance indicators, enabling quicker response to trends and engagement metrics.
Coordinate cross-departmental workshops to ensure all team members are aligned with the latest content strategy developments and to foster inter-departmental collaboration.
Manage the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies into the content creation and distribution processes to enhance personalization and user engagement.
Establish a governance framework for content management to ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
