Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Content Manager to oversee the development and management of digital content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a skilled copywriter, content creator, and strategist capable of producing engaging and innovative content to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and the ability to manage end-to-end content creation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity.
2. Write and edit high-quality content including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
3. Create compelling and visually engaging content for digital platforms, collaborating with designers and videographers as needed.
4. Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all content across platforms.
5. Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and organic traffic.
6. Analyze content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and audience preferences to create relevant and innovative content.
8. Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing campaigns and organizational goals.
9. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in content management, copywriting, or digital marketing.
3. Proven ability to create and manage diverse types of content including written, visual, and multimedia formats.
4. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of English.
5. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and SEO tools.
6. Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in developing content for a variety of industries including B2B and B2C audiences.
2. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
3. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
