Content Management Specialist (English & Arabic speaker)

Position: OBS Website Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage client's website on the Magento platform.
• Coordinate with agency developers to ensure website updates and maintenance.
• Manage product catalogue, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor and optimize website performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value).
• Analyze customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
• Monitor and implement basic SEO practices.
• Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent client management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in website management or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Magento platform or any other content management systems.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
