Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team in the UAE. In this role you will work as part of the Creative team, responsible for developing and executing engaging video and still content across existing clients, new business and proactive initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
2. Work closely with the creative team in creation of content ideas, their planning and execution.
3. Develop content optimized for different platforms and formats.
4. Produce and edit high quality video and still content using a phone and or camera.
5. Ensure all content meets the highest quality standards.
6. Capture content from live events.
7. Platform and Trend Knowledge:
8. Deep understanding of all the social media platforms, their content requirements and best practices.
9. Staying up to date with the latest trends across platforms and implementing them in both ideation and implementation.
10. Collaboration and Client Interaction:
11. Coordinate with both the creative and account management teams to align content with overall objectives and strategies.
12. Work with influencers and brand ambassadors as required.
13. Meet clients along with Account Management and engage with them on their requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a content creator specific role at an agency.
2. A portfolio showcasing your video and photography skills.
3. Strong eye for visual storytelling and design with a desire to always look for new ways to tell stories and engage audiences.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
5. Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and algorithms.
6. Highly motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently as well in a collaborative team environment.
