ConsultantSpecialist in Foot and Ankle Surgeon

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' foot and ankle conditions and diagnose injuries, disorders, and diseases
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including surgical interventions, to address patients' specific needs
• Perform foot and ankle surgeries, such as ankle arthroscopy, ligament repair, and corrective procedures
• Prescribe and administer medications and therapies to manage pain, promote healing, and prevent infection
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
• Closely monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists, to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on post-operative care, rehabilitation exercises, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in foot and ankle surgery techniques, technologies, and research
• Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care
  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Foot and Ankle Surgery
• Residency training in Orthopedic Surgery
• Specialization or fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
• Proven experience in performing various foot and ankle surgeries
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing foot and ankle injuries, disorders, and diseases
• Strong knowledge of foot and ankle surgical techniques, procedures, and medical equipment
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
