Consultant Visceral Surgeon

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Visceral Surgeon to join our team. As a Consultant Visceral Surgeon, you will provide expert surgical and medical care to patients with diseases or injuries that affect the organs in the abdominal region. You will work closely with other medical professionals and provide guidance and support to junior surgeons.

• Perform surgical procedures on patients with diseases or injuries in the abdominal region.
• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients.
• Formulate treatment plans and provide recommendations for post-operative care.
• Work with other medical professionals and provide necessary support and guidance.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of visceral surgery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and document all patient care activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining procedures and answering any questions or concerns.

• Medical Degree and completion of a residency program in general surgery.
• Board certification in visceral surgery.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Visceral Surgeon.
• Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A patient and empathetic approach towards patient care.
• Ability to lead and mentor other medical professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work long and irregular hours.
