Job Title: Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care and support to pregnant women with high-risk conditions and fetal abnormalities.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Performing detailed ultrasounds and other imaging diagnostics to monitor fetal development and assess for any abnormalities.
2. Determining the risk factors and providing counseling to pregnant women with high-risk conditions.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
4. Monitoring the progress of the pregnancy and intervening when necessary to ensure the health and safety of the mother and baby.
5. Performing fetal procedures, such as amniocentesis or umbilical cord sampling, as required.
6. Providing education and support to pregnant women and their families regarding their condition and treatment options.
7. Participating in research and clinical trials related to maternal and fetal medicine.
8. Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.
9. Staying updated on the latest advancements and best practices in maternal and fetal medicine through continuous education and professional development.
10. Adhering to ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Requirements:

1. Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.
2. Completion of residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
3. Specialization or fellowship training in Maternal and Fetal Medicine.
4. Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal and Fetal Medicine.
5. Proven experience in performing detailed ultrasounds and diagnosing fetal abnormalities.
6. Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
8. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
9. Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
10. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
11. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
