Job description
Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret medical imaging procedures, including X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound.
- Determine the type and scope of the procedure based on the patient's medical history.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality and accuracy of images to provide an accurate diagnosis.
- Consult with other medical specialists to discuss and determine the best course of treatment for patients.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to provide a safe working environment for patients and staff.
- Manage and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Medical degree and completion of a residency program in Radiology.
- Active medical license and certification in Radiology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Consultant Radiologist.
- Proficiency in various imaging techniques, such as X-ray, MRI, CT scan, and ultrasound.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency in medical software and technology.
