Consultant Psychiatrist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team.

Role Overview :

The Consultant Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing direct clinical care, consultation, and supervision to patients with a wide range of mental health conditions. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for patients, while also providing guidance and support to other team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans for patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each patient's individual needs
• Provide direct clinical care to patients, including medication management and therapy sessions
• Serve as a consultant and resource to other mental health professionals within the team
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and effective care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and electronic health records
• Commit to ongoing professional development and attend relevant conferences and seminars to stay updated on advancements in the field of psychiatry

Requirements :

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Psychiatry
• Valid state medical license
• At least 5 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatrist
• Documented experience in treating patients with a wide range of mental health conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Passion for providing high-quality care to patients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
