Consultant Project Manager-HV substation approved by Etihad WE FEWA

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Project Manager with EtihadWE (FEWA) approval to oversee the management and execution of substation projects with a focus on 132/33/11kV. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing substation projects including planning, execution, and completion while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage 132/33/11kV substation projects from initiation to completion.
2. Ensure all project deliverables meet EtihadWE (FEWA) standards and approvals.
3. Lead and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
4. Oversee the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of all project activities.
5. Manage resources efficiently to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. EtihadWE (FEWA) approval as a Project Manager for 132/33/11kV substations is a must.
2. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing substation projects.
4. Strong understanding of substation operations, high-voltage systems, and power transmission.
5. Proven track record in project management with expertise in scheduling, budget control, and resource management.
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Additional Information:

1. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
2. Knowledge of UAE regulations and industry best practices for substation projects.
