About Emirates Investment Authority (EIA)

The Emirates Investment Authority (EIA) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across its Middle and Back Office (MBO) functions . The role will focus on modernizing systems, integrating processes, and enhancing operational efficiencies to ensure alignment with EIA’s strategic objectives.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial services transformation, technology implementation, and process optimization , demonstrating strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and transformation projects , ensuring alignment with EIA’s strategic and operational goals.
• Develop project plans, implementation roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies .
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Investment, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Risk, and Treasury.
• Oversee technology implementations, system integrations, and workflow optimizations .
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data governance, and regulatory standards .
• Lead business process reengineering, automation initiatives, and change management efforts .
• Provide regular project reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Establish a knowledge management framework and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems , or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• 10+ years’ experience in financial services transformation and technology project management.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, ERP implementation, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management within complex organizational structures.
• Knowledge of data governance, IT security, and financial platforms.
• Experience in asset management or sovereign wealth funds (preferred).
