As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives across our middle and back-office functions.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact transformation projects that align with EIA's Strategy Refresh (SR) Program. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in modernizing operational workflows, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. This role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset to drive efficiency, automation, and governance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation projects to optimize financial operations, IT systems, and governance frameworks.
• Align transformation efforts with EIA's long-term financial and economic objectives.
• Oversee the deployment of ERP, portfolio management platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and system integration across departments.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including Investment, Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, and Treasury teams.
• Engage with external partners, including technology vendors and consulting firms, to deliver project objectives.
• Establish robust project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance KPIs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial services transformation and technology implementation.
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects within investment, asset management, or sovereign wealth fund environments.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, financial data platforms, and IT governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
