Consultant Pediatric Hematology - Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Pediatric Hematologist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a leading medical facility in the Middle East, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care to our patients, with a strong focus on pediatric hematology.

As a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical care and management for all pediatric hematology patients. Your extensive knowledge and experience in the field will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide consultations and assessments for pediatric patients with various hematological conditions
2. Establish and oversee treatment plans for patients, tailored to their specific needs and medical history
3. Conduct comprehensive physical exams, laboratory testing, and interpret diagnostic results
4. Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans when necessary
5. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and optimize patient care
6. Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment options
7. Keep patient records up-to-date and ensure complete and accurate documentation
8. Take part in research and academic activities, including presenting at conferences and publishing papers

Requirements

1. Doctor of Medicine degree and specialized training in Pediatric Hematology
2. Board certification in Pediatric Hematology (or equivalent)
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Pediatric Hematologist
4. In-depth knowledge and experience in managing a wide range of pediatric hematological conditions
5. Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and results, and provide accurate diagnoses
6. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
7. Must be Western-trained
