Consultant Pediatric Cardiology - Fujairah

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations, diagnostic testing, and treatment for pediatric patients with cardiac conditions
• Perform echocardiograms, electrocardiograms, and other diagnostic procedures
• Conduct a thorough assessment of patient’s medical history and develop a personalized treatment plan
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including other physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families about preventive measures and lifestyle changes for managing cardiac conditions
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and advancements in pediatric cardiology and integrate new techniques and procedures into practice
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and adhere to all regulatory and hospital standards

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Board certification in Pediatric Cardiology or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Active medical license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
• Must be western-trained
