• Conduct thorough patient examinations, evaluate medical history and diagnose orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including surgical and non-surgical options.
• Monitor and track patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for patients.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of orthopedics and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Board certification in Orthopedics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical practice as a Consultant Orthopedic.
• Must be Western trained.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
