Consultant - Oracle SCM

Job Description Primary Skills:

1. SCM domain experience with at least 3-5 end to end implementation experience on Fusion/EBS SCM Modules - Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Cost Management, Product Lifecycle Management, i-Procurement, i-supplier, Sourcing and Maintenance.

Required Experience And Skills:

1. 6 - 8 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations with at least 2 Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement projects
2. Hands-on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
3. Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configurations, testing, client user training
4. Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle Fusion/EBS Environments

Experience with the following cycles (at least 2) with expertise in configuration and setting up:

1. Procure to Pay
2. Order to Cash
3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Key Requirements:

1. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
2. Ability to effectively manage multiple clients/projects effectively
3. Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
4. Ability to support current state assessments, target model, migration and implementation roadmap, business case for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
5. Ability to develop RFI, RFP, vendor evaluation and vendor selection for large scale Enterprise Solutions strategy or advisory engagements
6. Ability to support quality assurance for large scale ERP implementations
7. Ability to support program management for large scale ERP implementations
8. Ability to support post-implementation review for large scale ERP implementations
9. Team player – proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience in an onshore, offshore team structure is a plus
10. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions
11. Good understanding and experience of cloud services and integration
12. Strong understanding of different software development lifecycle methodologies like waterfall/agile
13. Strong understanding of Oracle OUM and AIM methodologies for implementation
14. Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
15. Ability to travel within the region
