We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant NeuroSurgeon to join our team. We are currently looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about providing top-quality neurological care to patients.

Role And Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to diagnose neurological conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures such as brain and spinal surgeries with precision and expertise
• Provide post-operative care and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans when needed
• Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in neurology and surgical techniques to continuously improve knowledge and skills
• Participate in research and contribute to medical publications, conferences and workshops
• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff, including surgeons, residents and medical students
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all aspects of patient care and surgical procedures

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and specialized training in neurological surgery
• Board certification in Neurosurgery
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a practicing NeuroSurgeon
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach
• Proficiency in the latest surgical techniques and procedures in the field of neurology
• Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in emergency situations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide other medical professionals
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Understanding and adherence to ethical standards in patient care and research
