About The Role
As a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of dental practices and healthcare facilities. You will play a vital role in providing specialized oral and maxillofacial surgical services to our clients.

Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and defects of the mouth, jaw, and face
2. Perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries, including dental extractions, bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, and facial reconstructive procedures
3. Collaborate with other oral healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans
4. Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care
5. Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

1. Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
2. Proven experience in diagnosing and treating diseases and conditions of the mouth, jaw, and face
3. Expertise in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
4. Strong knowledge of oral and maxillofacial surgery principles, practices, and treatment techniques
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers
6. Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex surgical cases
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
8. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex oral and maxillofacial cases
9. Flexibility to travel and work at different dental practices and healthcare facilities as needed
