About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant ENT to join our prestigious hospital in Saudi Arabia. As a Consultant ENT, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will use your expertise to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform specialized ENT procedures for patients of all ages, including surgeries, to diagnose and treat disorders and diseases related to the ear, nose, and throat.
2. Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical histories to accurately diagnose patients.
3. Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
4. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work, imaging, and biopsies.
5. Prescribe and administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines and protocols.
6. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
7. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide guidance on how to manage symptoms and prevent future issues.
8. Keep accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication records.
9. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest advancements in ENT care and treatment.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualifications And Requirements

1. Medical degree and specialty certification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
2. Minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience as a Consultant ENT in a reputable hospital.
3. Extensive knowledge of ENT disorders and diseases, as well as the latest advancements in treatment and technology.
4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
8. Must be Western-trained.
