Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Know the related section products and product features (Product Knowledge) and have basic knowledge about other sections and products.
- Arrange the section according to the merchandising standards of the store/brand.
- Merchandise spectacle on arrival as per the space availability and keep the excess or balance stock in backup (Backstore if available).
- Help all departments upon requirement as and when it arises.
- Maintain cleanliness of Department/Section if required with the help of Housekeeping staff.
- Update all section price pointers at any given time.
- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
