1. Mason

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials.
• Construct and repair walls, partitions, and other structures.
• Prepare and apply mortar or other adhesives.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and finishing of masonry surfaces.
• Follow safety standards and guidelines during all masonry activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mason (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites.

2. Steel Fixer

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine steel reinforcement requirements.
• Cut, bend, and fix steel bars and mesh to required specifications.
• Position and secure steel reinforcements within forms.
• Ensure proper alignment and spacing of reinforcements.
• Follow safety standards during all activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices.

3. Carpenter

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret drawings and specifications to determine carpentry requirements.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to specifications.
• Install doors, windows, frameworks, and other fixtures.
• Repair and maintain wooden structures.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in using woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

4. Painter

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks or holes.
• Apply primer, paint, and finishes to various surfaces.
• Mix paint to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply coatings.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Painter (minimum 3 years).
• Familiarity with different painting techniques and materials.
• Skilled in using painting tools and equipment efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
