We have an opportunity with one of our reputed clients in UAE.

Position - Construction Supervisor Flange Management

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flange management Supervisor for wellbay module and PAU’s for the process module.
2. The holder of the role must be a strong communicator, have 10 years of relevant work experience and a track record in flange management.
3. Use of MIPS/PIMS.
4. Knowledge of North Sea principles and standards.
5. Meeting the overall Alliance objectives for the project in accordance with agreed HSSE, Quality and Schedule targets.
6. Ensure that Contractor’s flange management personnel are trained and qualified in accordance with project requirements, and conduct examination and reviews as required and requested.
7. Follow up all flange management work at fabrication site, witness training programs and site-tests.
8. Monitor all flange management activities with emphasis on quality, schedule and HSE.
9. Evaluate build methods and provide improvement suggestions to Contractor.
10. Understand project targets and monitor progress and have a perspective towards the contractor focus on meeting targets.
11. Expedite IFC and material delivery with FFA engineering and procurement groups.
12. Construction interface coordination with other disciplines.
13. Advise Construction Manager about lack of resourcing.
14. Actively work to ensure that mechanical completion is achieved with a minimum of punch listed items and ready for handover to Commissioning.
15. Participate in area/system punch out as required and ensure correct input to MIPS and PIMS.
16. Promote and drive continuous Construction and MC improvements, whilst delivering learning back between projects (Hugin and PWP) Main tasks (with team).
17. Actively participate and collaborate.
18. Support alliance partners commercial targets by working as one team.
19. Flow efficient execution by working as one team.
20. Challenge work processes, standards, specifications and support simplification and standardization.
21. Provide input to weekly Construction reports (opportunities, concerns and issues).
22. Be visible, proactive and exemplary HSSEQ leader.
23. Understand the risk associated with project activities.
24. Active involvement at all levels of the organization.
25. Support and contribute to a HSSEQ culture based on openness, trust and excellence.
26. Be loyal to the Alliance and not be biased toward own company interests.
